  • Customer dissatisfaction based solely on expectations that were not included in the purchased service.

Remote Support Services

For remote support sessions, refunds may not be available once a technician has started diagnosis, troubleshooting, configuration, or repair efforts, regardless of whether the issue is ultimately resolved.

Many printer-related problems involve third-party hardware, software, network environments, or manufacturer restrictions that may limit available solutions.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation before the scheduled service begins.

  • Services canceled before work starts may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

  • Once technical work, consultation, troubleshooting, or setup activities have commenced, cancellation fees or non-refundable charges may apply.

  • Customer name

  • Contact information

  • Date of purchase

  • Payment details or transaction reference

  • Reason for refund request
